1 Service-Based Nature of Orders

All services offered by Certified Translations India (INCCS) including translation, notarization, apostille, attestation, and related documentation services are custom and project-specific. Every order is initiated based on the exact requirements of the individual client and cannot be reused, resold, or reassigned once work has commenced.

Once a service begins, a portion of the value is immediately consumed by our team’s time, expertise, and resources. We encourage all clients to review their requirements carefully before placing an order on documenttranslation.com.

2 Cancellation Policy
Before Service Commencement — Full Refund Eligible
  • Notify us within 1 hour of payment to be eligible for a cancellation.
  • If no team member has been assigned and work has not started, a full refund will be initiated.
  • Stripe/Cashfree payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
After Service Commencement — Cancellation Not Possible
  • Once the service has been initiated, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • Our team may have already committed significant time, expertise, and resources to your project.
  • Please contact us immediately at project@certifiedtranslationsindia.com if you have concerns.
3 Refund Policy

Full Refund — When Applicable
  • The cancellation request is received within the 1-hour cancellation window.
  • No work has started and no team member has been assigned to your order.

Partial Refund — Considered Case by Case
  • Work has only been partially completed at the time of the request.
  • The client provides a valid, documented reason for discontinuing the service.
  • Our team’s assessment of work completed will determine the refundable portion.

No Refund — Under These Circumstances
  • The complete service has been delivered as per the agreed scope of the order.
  • The client has not provided required documents or responded to our communication, causing project delays.
  • Dissatisfaction is based solely on subjective preferences after a proper and professional delivery meeting all agreed specifications.
4 Refund Timelines

Once a refund is approved by our team, here is what you can expect:

Refund Approval (Day 0) Our team reviews and approves your refund request after verifying order status.

Processing Initiated (Day 1 to 2) Refund is processed via Cashfree/Stripe back to your original payment method.

Bank Processing (Day 3 to 7) Your bank or card issuer processes the credit. Timelines may vary by institution.
Refund Reflected in Account Funds appear in your original payment account within 5 to 7 business days total.
5 Dispute Resolution

We strongly encourage all clients to reach out to our support team before raising a formal dispute. The majority of concerns are resolved promptly and amicably through direct communication.

If your matter remains unresolved after contacting us, you may raise a formal dispute through Cashfree or Stripe’s dispute resolution process. INCCS will cooperate fully in any investigation and will provide all relevant documents, communication logs, and delivery proofs to support a fair resolution.
